Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 4–5 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email or message once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

  • We may offer Free Shipping during promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Damaged or Missing Items:

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make the payment at the time of delivery.
